Erasmus+ Days 2025 Kick Off at Liceo Machiavelli
From today, 13th October, until 18th October 2025, Liceo Machiavelli proudly joins the celebration of #ErasmusDays, the Europe-wide initiative that highlights the values of the European Union and the impact of the Erasmus+ programme on education and culture.
This year’s theme, “Live our values, inspire our future,” invites all participants to turn the six core EU values — human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, rule of law, and human rights — into concrete action.
At our school, the Erasmus+ spirit shines through a variety of meaningful initiatives taking place this week:
- Sustainability through mobility: Students recently returned from a group mobility in Bavaria (Germany) share their international learning experiences on sustainability, linking local action to global responsibility.
- Welcoming Europe at home: Two students from our partner school in France are currently hosted by Machiavelli families and are attending our classes — a living example of inclusion, solidarity, and intercultural friendship.
- Learning through legality: A group of French students is spending the week in Rome with us, taking part in activities focused on legality, rule of law, and justice.
- Languages for Empowerment, Awareness, and Peace: Four of our classes are working on the eTwinning project LEAP, using plurilingualism to promote intercultural understanding, tolerance, and peace.
Each of these initiatives embodies the essence of #ErasmusDays — creating opportunities for exchange, celebrating diversity, and building a more inclusive and democratic Europe.
