On 4 November 2025, the teachers of the school’s Erasmus+ Committee meet online, on the school’s Teams platform, with the students involved in the long-term mobility programs in France and Germany, for a mandatory training session prior to their departure.

Parents also take part in the meeting, highlighting the importance of a shared and aware path that involves not only students but also families, who support and accompany an experience of personal and educational growth of great value.
During the session, the teachers use the official materials provided by the Erasmus+ Agency, explored during the national training held in June 2025. They cover several key aspects of the mobility experience: the mindset to embrace a period of study abroad, knowledge of the host schools in France and Germany, the Europeass learning agreement,  main administrative and organizational matters, as well as linguistic and intercultural preparation.
The meeting represents a fundamental moment of guidance and dialogue, designed to answer questions, clarify procedures, and strengthen students’ confidence as they face an experience that challenges them, while also offering the opportunity to develop autonomy, language skills, cultural openness, and active European citizenship.
It is also an additional opportunity for parents to ask questions directly to the Erasmus+ Committee teachers, consolidating the school–family educational partnership that supports the success of the mobility programs and the quality of our school’s Erasmus+ projects.
